Regarding Reservation Cancellations
As our services are offered on a fully appointment-only and custom-made basis, same-day cancellations or no-shows prevent us from accommodating other customers and result in a significant loss of business opportunities.
If you need to cancel your reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible via our inquiry form, email, telephone, or other available means, and no later than the day before your appointment.
Please note that a cancellation fee may be charged in the case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation.
